A: Projects start at $20k but most of our projects are in the $30k - $75k range. We specialize in full outdoor living spaces and have a large crew so unfortunately; we are not efficient on small projects and repairs. Please feel free to reach out to discuss options.

A: Every project starts with a 3D design which costs $1,500. The design fee is deducted off the cost of the project if you decide to hire us. If you decide not to hire us the design and all renders are yours to keep.

A: We are extremely passionate about what we do, and it shows in the final product! We pride ourselves on our unique designs, our craftsmanship, and the excellent experience we give our clients.

We give you a great experience, we start on time and keep you updated of the progress along the way.

Permit process, scheduled install date, weekly progress report, footing inspection, framing inspection, final walk through and punch list, to final inspection. We are there every step of the way.
